Easy Return Process

Our 100% No-Hassle, Money-Back Guarantee ensures that returns are straightforward:

  • PACK: Return your first order of any product purchased from Oxygen Max. Include your name and RA number in the package. Please contact us via email or phone to obtain an RA number.
  • SHIP: Send the product back to us within 90 days of the original purchase date to the following address: Oxygen Max

Please note that Oxygen Max does not refund shipping or postage costs.

  • REFUND: You will receive a refund within 1 week of us receiving your return.

Subscription Cancellations

To cancel subscription orders, please contact our customer care department prior to your next scheduled shipment date. If not canceled in time, the product will be shipped as scheduled, and you will be billed at the recurring order price.

You will be responsible for any charges, billing, or shipments that have already been processed, shipped, or delivered at the time of your cancellation. All cancellation requests made by phone or email will receive an RA number and an email confirmation of the cancellation.

Note: The 100% guarantee does not apply to distributors, wholesale accounts, or reseller volume purchases. Refund requests on purchases made through one of our retailers must be directed to the respective retailer.
